New research has made it increasingly clear that organizations with more diverse workforces perform better. Diversity creates change and we partner with organizations to advise and facilitate the change essential for creating a diverse, inclusive and equitable workplace.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is the cumulative result of the following three diversity determinants: who employers are hiring, who employers are promoting, and who employers are retaining.
In order for organizations to positively impact DEI, they must also develop an “equity eye” by measuring, monitoring and managing the three diversity determinants.
Achieving diversity, equity, and inclusion is not just about rolling out training sessions. We will partner with your organization to to develop a comprehensive equity strategic plan that includes:
“Equity Eye” Environmental and Culture Assessment. Using digital surveys, focus groups, and employee interviews, we will disaggregate and dissect the data of an organizations current environment.
Policies and Practices Integration. Review existing and proposed internal policies and practices, including performance evaluations, promotion and training opportunities, hiring, firing and retention practices, attracting and recruiting diverse talent.
Training. We will design and deliver a customized training curriculum on unconscious bias, inclusion and equity as well as facilitate delicate discussions on race, gender, age, religion, LGBTQ, disability, and other people differences.
Operationalizing Equity. Ensure that equity is embedded in organizational policies, practices, processes and behaviors.
