When Strengths Collide

Aligning Behavior Styles and Strengths for Results

Brand New

The DISC assessment focuses on behavior, although personality plays a major role in how someone behaves, personality is more about who you are and behavior is about what you do and how you act. You can change how you behave but it is nearly impossible (under normal circumstances) to change your personality. In essence, behavior is flexible, personality is fixed. StrengthsFinders uncovers the activities you do in your role that creates your best results (your strengths/themes) and doing these things more often. Many of today’s professionals have participated in StrengthsFinder and DISC to facilitate their work interactions. However, simply knowing our strengths and behavior style, without exercising emotional intelligence can become liabilities. This signature on-site training helps you know how and why you behave a certain way, and helps you align your behavior with your strengths to create a personal work environment conducive to high performance.
