One of the biggest challenges current and future leaders face is the ability to “lead themselves” before attempting to lead others. Being grounded with integrity and a set of clear values, preferences, ways of working and communicating with others and ways of doing things, especially in times of stress and pressure, is essential to becoming an authentic leader. Self awareness and having the ability to choose your attitude, behavior and approach is also a critical stage of effective leadership. Leaders must first understand themselves so that they can understand their impact on others, and make the right choices to get the best from the people they interact with everyday. This transformational two-day training experience will build self-awareness, team awareness, and equip managers with the building blocks for right attitudes, skills and behaviors to achieve their greatest potential as professionals and as leaders.
